Once the application form has been received with all the fields completed , an invoice will be generated and sent to the member / account contact for payment

- Membership runs on an annual basis ie is due for renewal on the 01 January of each year
- Membership renewal is automatic every year in January, however members have the option to terminate such membership in January of each year
- After January members are liable for full settlement of annual membership fees
- Cancellation must be given in writing
- By signing this form OR completing it and returning per email, acknowledges responsibility for payment of full membership fees
